Elliot E. Kelley—Piano, Vocals

Michael Elliot Kelley began studying classical piano at age 6 and has played ever since. As Elliot E. Kelley (EEK!), he played in numerous bands over the years that included a range of styles from country to blues & jazz to rock and roll. During his 10 years in New Orleans he was influenced by the great New Orleans piano players and New Orleans musicians, which included Professor Longhair, James Booker, and Dr. John and many others. It was there that he became a sought-after piano and keyboard player and played in many high profile New Orleans and Tulsa bands. He has performed at many famous New Orleans clubs and nightspots, including Tipitina’s, the Maple Leaf, Storyville Jazz Hall, the Saenger Theatre, Tulane, Loyola and LSU universities, and the famous New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. He toured nationally with a popular road band in the 80’s and has played numerous venues in Oklahoma, including many shows in Tulsa at the famed Cain’s Ballroom, as the headlining band or opening for numerous national acts.
